It has the good parts of you what you can be expecting from a startup - lean team, WLB, easy access to anybody.
Cons
The product was good but as in a smaller company, the rejection rate is much higher so you need to make more outreach for the same result.
About the culture
Very friendly people who wish to help you grasp the sales process. Not many people overall so everyone knows everyone. Less upward mobility due to this but you are getting the experience you are looking after.

It was a small startup so better have fair expectations about deal size, process structurization, compensation
