Saturation due to hiring frenzy, very few people are hitting quota, best territories/ accounts aligned to AEs that were here before the verticalisation in Feb 2022, new AE's are aligned to accounts that nobody else wanted, locked in by competition and bombarded with outbound from junior SDRs during previous years without any luck.
