Pros
There aren’t many, there’s a raise at least. Less than inflation. The top reps might hit 70% of quota. Some of the leaders were nice but those ones are leaving now.
Cons
The raise that was promised wasn’t what came on the other side. Quotas were vastly out of reach, have many of the team under 50%. 50/50 split on OTE leaving many people feeling duped. Multiple layoffs, with the CEO saying we aren’t going to do another one, just to do another one in 3 months.
