The culture here is extremely balanced and very inclusive. the one negative is that the sales culture is a bit too soft and potentially suffers from a lack of hustle. People really care about you here, almost to a fault, but there is a ton of positive potential here!
Cons
The trajectory of the company over the past 12 months during the downturn has been more negative than what I would have expected. The vision is there, execution needs a boost.
